Accessible only via jeep or snow hike, this stretch offers pure Himalayan scenery and cultural warmth.

Depending on snow levels, the tour may involve partial jeep ride and a light-to-moderate snow trek across frozen sections, past hillside houses and wooden bridges. It’s safe for fit travelers and guided by locals familiar with winter conditions.

Day 1: Arrival in Kel – Scenic Winter Drive

    • Frozen rivers and waterfalls toward Sharda
    • Wooden villages and pine forests
      • Optional photo stops at:
        • Keran viewpoint
        • Upper Neelum village
          • Arrive in Kel (2,097 m) by afternoon
          • Check-in at a local wooden lodge or guesthouse
          • Explore Kel village on foot: snow fields, local markets, and riverside views
          • Evening by the fire with traditional Kashmiri dinner

Day 2: Explore Kel Village – Return to Sharda

  • 🌄 Morning in Kel or Arang Kel

    • Enjoy snow walks, sunrise views over the valley, and peaceful village life.

  • 🧭 Midday Return Trek or Descent:

    • If staying in Arang Kel, descend back to Kel and cross the river.
